OTR Reefer Driving Opportunities for Florida CDL-A Drivers

Florida CDL-A drivers can pursue long-haul refrigerated trucking careers with Brakebush without relocating out of state. We accept applications from qualified drivers in Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, Miami, Tallahassee and communities throughout Florida. Our OTR drivers haul temperature-controlled freight across interstate routes, with access to Brakebush's truck maintenance network in North Carolina and Wisconsin. Route assignments and scheduling depend on freight demand and each driver's home location.

Compensation Details:

Base Rate: $.60 per Practical Mile
Team Base Rate: $.33 per Practical Mile
Plus Performance Incentive: $.07 per Practical Mile
Plus Per Diem: $.05 per Practical Mile
East Coast Premium: $.10 per Practical Mile
Team East Coast Premium: $.05 per Practical Mile
Paid Weekly

+ Job Requirements:

Be 23 years or older
Have 2 years of verifiable OTR experience
Meet all DOT requirements and qualifications
Have a valid Class A CDL

+ Additional Pay & Incentives:

$15 per hour detention pay after two hours
$15 per hour layover pay with a 24 - hour maximum of $165
Quarterly Safety Bonus: up to $.01 per Practical Mile
Quarterly Fuel Mileage Bonus: top achievers generally earn more than $500.00 per quarter
PC Miles Bonus: up to $.01 per Practical Mile
Annual Safety Bonus: After driving 250,000 safely, drivers can receive an additional $.001 per mile for all safe driving miles driven in their career at the company.
